How it works

What happens after you request a quote

When you request a quote, a real person at our Erie office reads it, not a call center. Then we call you back, usually within the hour during business hours, and ask a few quick questions about what's going on.

For simple jobs, we can often give you a price range over the phone. For bigger jobs, such as a water heater replacement or a repipe, we'll set up a visit so a licensed plumber can look at it first. Either way, you get the price before any work starts, so there are no surprises on the bill.

Every technician we send is a direct employee and fully licensed, so you can verify our license with the State of Colorado before we ever show up. Also, if your job involves digging outside, such as a new gas line, Colorado 811 has to mark utility lines first, and we'll walk you through it.
