Doug was great. He was able to give me a quote over the phone without a service charge, showed up at a specific time he told me, not an all day range, he fixed the leaky shower quickly and charged me good rate. Amazing plumbing experience!

Doug from Around the Clog has helped us out multiple times with tough plumbing issues -- always quick to respond and able to figure out the problem quickly . . . and NO upselling to make the job more expensive! Highly recommend for honest work at a fair price!

We used Doug and his company today for the first time. The service was excellent! We had some issues with drains backing up, and some other plumbing repairs. Doug scheduled his visit for the next day, showed up on time, was polite and efficient! The cost was very fair. I highly recommend using Doug, and Around the Clog for any plumbing needs you may have! thanks Doug!

Doug came out same day on a Saturday, just a couple of hours after I called because of a drain blockage. He worked quickly to solve the issue and we were very pleased with the job. Thank you Doug!

He has helped us numerous times when we had problems w toilets and our water heater. Doug installed a new wonderful water heater for myself and our neighbor. He goes over and above in numerous ways and I cannot give him enough accolades! Doug is a gem who does first class work!

Doug has done a LOT of plumbing work at our home over the years. Today, he was able to access a drain behind the wall by thinking out side of the box, and a lot of muscle power to cut the old pipe out. His team shows up, they’re on time, complete the work, clean up and have never tried to sell me BS or upsell the work. Doug has integrity and stands behind his work.

We were in a real pickle recently, with our buyers requesting a plumbing inspection on the day of closing. We were stressed! I called several plumbers that morning, and Around the Clog was able to arrive first. Their team truly went above and beyond to provide the best overall service we received during our recent move. Our buyers required a signed form at the closing table, and the team at Around the Clog bent over backwards to make it happen for us. Thank you for the incredible service!

Doug came out to modify a gas line for our oven. Great communication, fast efficient work, and super punctual. Fair pricing. This is the second time we've hired him and will definitely use Around The Clog again in the future! Highly recommend!
